**Your new company**

**Your new role**
As the Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining information about Configuration Items (CI's) and their relationships. You will monitor and enhance the platforms and its data, identifying issues and resolving these with the CI owners.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3 years experience in the Telco or IT industry
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL
- Strong understanding of the Configuration Management process
- ServiceNow experience is beneficial
- Data management skills, Excel, SQL, Power BI
- Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
