We're currently recruiting for Service Asset & Configuration Lead to join our Cloud and IT Operations team In this critical role, you will lead, motivate and empower the configuration and asset team. This is a collaborative role where you will participate in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures.

A day in the life of a Service Asset & Configuration Lead looks like:

- Ensuring that all changes to infrastructure and systems that have occurred or are planned are reflected in the asset toolsets and monitoring systems.
- Manage the lifecycle of BT related assets, both internal and external, i.e. laptops & PIDs for renewals.
- Ensure that all asset risks are identified and mitigated, ensure that the BT risk register is updated.
- Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture.
- Participate in the creation of enterprise documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).

To succeed as a Service Asset & Configuration Lead you will require:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or significant proven experience in a similar role.
- ITIL qualified
- Software Licensing constructs
- IT Asset Management
- Digital Skills
- Financial Management
- Prior SAP and/or SAP experience will be beneficial.
- Prior ServiceNow experience will be beneficial.

You will be a highly effective relationship builder, able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation. Commercially savvy, you will have the ability to diagnose organisational issues and develop appropriate strategies.
