An active leader across the wider team with both your direct and indirect reports, you will be accountable for the leadership and performance across the region; fostering a collaborative team environment that enables your team to develop both professionally and personally through effective coaching, mentoring and leadership. This role will ideally be based in Wellington, with travel required around the Lower North Island and Upper South Island region. **Ō pūkenga | About you**: First and foremost, you will be a passionate people leader and know how to get the best from your team through your proven leadership capability including effective coaching, developing and mentoring. You will have established relationships within the industry and be a strong networker with exceptional business development and negotiation skills which will ensure you drive business success and successful outcomes for our customers and our team.
