We are looking for two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our busy team at our Mangere, Auckland site. These are shift work positions, working both days and nights.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Ultimate responsibility for the mechanical reliability of the site’s processing equipment on a shift-by-shift basis
- Providing core mechanical maintenance services to our manufacturing
- Monitoring key performance indicators of our highly automated processes such as plant reliability and maintenance spend
- Writing and maintaining procedures

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years’ experience of plant maintenance, ideally within the dairy industry
- Mechanical NZCE. NZQA Level 4, or Trade Certificate is required
- A background in food manufacturing environment and experience with Food Safety and HACCP systems is desirable
- Experience in root cause analysis programmes
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
