**The Role**

Reporting to the Field Services Manager you will be part of an experienced team working on the overhaul of geothermal and hydro turbines, amongst other engineering and trade-based tasks.

This includes:

- Execution of plant outages and shuts, including annual maintenance and overhauls for a variety of power stations.
- Diagnostics and solution development in conjunction with clients.
- Building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring requirements are met and satisfaction is maintained.
- Operating a variety of tools, including specialist alignment and condition monitoring equipment.
- Working as a team to coordinate large packages of work, ensuring task derived hazards are understood and managed.
- Promoting value added services provided by MB Century to our clients.

**About You**:

- A trade qualification (ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting and Turning, Maintenance and Diagnostics or similar)
- Machinery and/or plant maintenance experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - we are looking for a team player
- Commitment to safe working practices and quality procedures - we have each other’s back
- Flexibility to work extended and flexible hours, including occasional work outside or Taupo.
