You’ll be part of a Product team responsible for designing innovative, forward-thinking products that people enjoy using. The customer is at the centre of everything we do, and we’re always working to learn what they need from MYOB.
The opportunity

Join our Enterprise Product team as they define the way mid-market businesses, do business Help define the future of Australia and New Zealand's fastest-growing business management platform, the MYOB Advanced platform with capabilities across ERP, Payroll and Workforce Management, and support businesses with ambition. You will be responsible for the fastest growing segment, the Industries customers segment, and will need to understand their customer problems and craft the direction of the platform to have the greatest impact for customers.

**The Role**
As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for product planning and implementation throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements along with communicating the value proposition for customers. You will work with the Segment Product Manager to define the product strategy for your product and working closely with development, customer marketing and customer success teams to ensure the success of your product lines.

**The Skills**
- Demonstrated capability leading a complex product roadmap that balances short-term opportunities with longer-term strategic activities
- Demonstrable experience managing a complex stakeholder group and leading through influence rather than authority
- Experience presenting and demonstrating products to stakeholders to ensure they understand key features and benefits
- Experience working with development teams in an agile development environment along
- Experience working with third-party product and development teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant solutions
- Experience engaging with customers to validate product ideas (including usability research and idea validation)
- Experience as a product owner in an Agile, Scrum/ KanBan product development environment
- A solid understanding of agile principles of development
