**About the role**:

- Responsible for leading, coordinating, communicating, and executing strategic product roadmaps across the business.
- Provide leadership and direction to an intermediate Product Manager
- Support the accounts team & senior product leaders in budget and business planning process.
- Effectively manage product costing and retail pricing for the portfolio and identify ways to improve costs and drive sales & profitability for the business.
- Support the accounts team with product presentations, pitches, range reviews, launch events, and other activities to ensure retail partner commitments are delivered.
- Regularly update and maintain competitor/market documentation, e.g. gap analysis and product landscape reviews

**About you**:

- 3+ years’ experience in product management or similar support roles, ideally with knowledge of the tool or hardware industry
- Prior experience with forecasting, planning, new product launches and key account management is necessary.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs, as well the ability to deal with difficult and demanding customers
- Strong time management ability teamed with exceptional organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and the drive to strive for greater levels of effectiveness and efficiency “continuous improvement”
