We are looking for a dedicated administrator with a passion for resolving customer complaints.

The Complaints Resolutions Administrator is a key member of the team, who will be responsible for handling all customer complaints.

You will bring with you a positive attitude, ability to think outside the box and thrive on finding solutions and suitable outcomes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Not only will you be responsible for customer complaints you will also be required to work within the wider team of Customer Coordinators, to assist and support them in a variety of tasks.
- Key duties include but not limited to:_
- Daily Review of complaints
- Build positive relationships with customers, trades, and internal team members, to effectively create and reach solutions
- Meet complaint closure time frames
- Invoicing of responsive works
- Invoicing of work orders
- Assist Customer Coordinators

This complex and dynamic environment will require some one who can manage differing challenges, conflicting priorities, and the ability to self-manage your time and workload, while maintaining the Switched-On vision at the forefront.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience dealing with customer complaints or conflicts
- Proven administration experience
- Building industry knowledge preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication and able to adapt to your audience
- Empathetic but professional approach
- Strong negotiation skills
