As the Customer Service Administrator, your role will be involved in managing key relationships with both internal and external customers. You will be receiving, recording and distributing all feed orders/ amendments/ issues raised from customers and liaising between transport, customers and the company. Being a Customer Service role, you will be the face of the company and will be resolution and service focused.
- Liaise with Ingham’s farms and external customers in relation to feed orders and products.
- Coordinate with customers any changes to feed orders and/or products.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints to a high standard.
- Liaise with business stakeholders for amendments and cancellations of feed orders and/or products.
- General administration duties

This role will include an element of learning our stock controller’s role which includes ordering raw material to cover production requirements vise versa. So this role will also back up yours if you need to take leave etc.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will have previous administration experience.
- You would benefit if you had a clear understanding of despatch and/or logistics
- You are proficient is using multiple management information systems.
- You will have advanced Excel skills.
- You will be confident and driven to build strong relationships
