Office Assistant

Join the team at New World Metro Shore City as an Office Assistant and be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong admin skills, and a proactive attitude to help keep our store operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Handling office administrative duties such as cash related, data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Assisting with cash related work, SAP related office work, staff training and induction, Compliance-related paperwork, and other areas of general work if required.
- Accuracy and details to the work
- Supporting managers with day-to-day store operations
- Ensuring compliance with store procedures and policies
**What we’re looking for**:
- Previous admin, HR or office experience (retail environment)
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Office and payroll systems)
- Great communication and time management skills
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Managers Certificate (desired not required)
