Office Assistant

Our company is seeking an office assistant who will be responsible for clerical duties in our office. You will manage incoming phone calls and other communications, greet clients and visitors, manage files, update documentation and other documents, and perform other general office clerk responsibilities and errands.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing filing mechanism.
- As required, information is recorded.
- greeting clients and visitors.
- Updating documentation, document maintenance, and word processing.
- Aiding in the organisation and upkeep of office common areas.
- General office clerk responsibilities and errands.
- Organising travel by reserving accommodations and other requirements as necessary.
- Events are coordinated as necessary.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies.
- As required, maintaining office apparatus.
- As required, assist with client reception.
- Developing, managing, and inputting data into databases.
**Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed**
**Requirements and skills**
- Must me NZ residents
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
