**YOUR ROLE**

An opportunity has become available at Toomac Holdings as a Customer Service/Administrative Support person in our Ophthalmic Division. The key focus of this role is to facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely service to all Toomac Ophthalmic customers and provide administrative support to the Ophthalmic Team.

You will work alongside a small team of committed individuals, providing quality ophthalmic medical devices to hospitals and surgical centres around New Zealand. The role will involve liaising and building relationships with our customers and overseas suppliers, to ensure that products are provided in a timely manner.

The main responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:

- Liaise with customers to keep them informed of backorder ETAs and clarify requirements.
- Respond quickly to customer enquiries and provide customers with product information.
- Prepare sales analysis reports, backorder reports and other reports as required.
- Provide general administrative support for Ophthalmic Team members, General Manager and Operations Manager

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills. Reliable and enthusiastic, you should have an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels as well as have strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.

The other essentials we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office efficiency packages.
- A commitment to Customer Service excellence.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
