Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. This role is based in East Tamaki at our SULO Factory on Harris Road; SULO is part of Pact Packaging NZ.

As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely sales reports, managing customer quotations, and proactively resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

- Sales Quotations and Pricing
- Processing Customer Orders
- Sales Reporting
- Purchasing Support and Invoicing
- Administration
- Market Feedback and Quality Reporting
- Internal Team Liaison
- Customer Queries and Outbound Accountabilities
- Product Catalogue Maintenance
- Project Assistance

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service/coordinator role, ideally in a similar environment (this is not a contact centre role).
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, concise, and clear communication skills.
- A great phone manner and the ability to relate to customers from all backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple high priorities.
- Adaptability to learn other areas of the business and handle deviations from the day's plan.
