We have a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Auckland Branch in Wiri, South Auckland. This is a big and challenging role, but this excites you because you're an exceptional problem solver - a do-er and thinker - who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient, highly organised, and have the skills and experience to manage changing situations that our industry presents each day.
In this role, you will be accountable for the operational efficiency and performance of the branch. You love the challenge of growing your team, building capability, and leading them through change. Above all else, you are passionate about safety, ensuring depot service delivery is 100% and customers get the best experience every time.
You will not be doing this alone, you will collaborate closely with the National Lead Team, Operations Supervisors, Transport Managers, and their respective teams to ensure the business is stable and humming.
