About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Territory Manager based in Auckland & covering our Pak N Save customers from Pukekohe to Kaitaia, this is a pivotal role within the sales team it is responsible for a large part of the Foodstuffs North Island sales and distribution targets, it’s not for the faint hearted

You will be involved with driving sales and distribution, delivering on company and personal KPIs building close relations ships with both customers our NZ based Marketing team & Key account manager for FSNI whilst reporting directly to the National Feld Sales Manager.

With major in store focuses across four core categories (Grocery, Chilled, Produce and Service Deli), it is imperative that you are a strong communicator who builds and is able to establish long term commercial relationships. You will have exceptional sales planning & organisational skills and be effective in time and territory management.

Some overnight travel will also be required. (1x month approx.) You must be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated with a customer facing background to join our team.

Able to understand best practice customer management and field sales disciplines.
Strong negotiation skills.
High levels of energy, hands on with a can-do attitude.
Flexible with time, able and willing to attend to duties outside of traditional working hours including national sales meetings.
Self-starter & self-motivated business approach.
