**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for deeply understanding key customer audiences, identifying marketing opportunities and developing exceptional strategic thinking to build deeper connections with our customers.

This role is looking after our biggest portfolios of Consumer Lending, Everyday Banking & Cards, so we need an experienced marketer to work closely with colleagues and our agency partners to design customer marketing strategies across key segments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Work closely with product teams to ensure propositions and experiences are developed for BNZ customers that are appealing and deliver to customer needs; consulting on customer perceptions, expectations and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Communications and supporting functions to develop go-to-market activity that brings these strategies to life.
- People leadership, strategic direction and career development of three direct reports.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

This is a senior role within our team, you will have 10+ years' experience in Marketing in a large and complex environment delivering strong customer strategies and programmes as well as proven experience in leading a high-performing team.

You will also have
- Experience in engaging and working with senior leadership teams
- Ability to influence outcomes, a flair for preparing great presentations and stakeholder packs
- Strong commercial acumen with respect to financial services and key drivers of success
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
