We have an exciting permanent full-time HR Coordinator position available within the Human Resources Team. 



Description

Mō te tūnga | About the role

The purpose of this role is to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of the HR and payroll support of the wider organisation. This role supports the People & Culture Manager with a broad range of HR initiatives, including:

  • HR Software and Systems - Maintain and implement the HRIS 
  • File Administration & Management - Create and maintain HR personnel files 
  • Payroll - Payroll processing and reporting 
  • Recruitment - End to end process
  • Supporting Health & Safety within the organisation


Skills And Experiences

Mōu | About you 

Just as this role is varied, so is your experience. You will preferably have:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field 
  • Experience in a HR position 
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems (Preferably MYOB and ELMO) 
  • All round Microsoft Office skills 
  • Resilient and focused work ethic 
  • Friendly and professional attitude 
  • You're positive, energetic and like to get things done
