**About the role.**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Representative to join our supportive and collaborative Metering team. In this role you will work as part of a small team to manage and maintain the Australian and New Zealand electricity and advanced gas metering fleets, ensuring meter configurations and firmware are accurate and compliant. You will provide operational support for data collection systems, liaising with telecommunication providers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will be involved in system maintenance, project driven work and improving processes, reporting and operational tools.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support operational performance of AMI platforms.
- Remote management of New Zealand and Australian meter fleets.
- Identifying and implementing improvements for AMI systems/processes.
- Incident management for telecommunications, power outage and AMI system events.
- Directly support AMI Communications team with meter and telecommunication.
- Provide technical support to operational and project teams.
- Build and enhance fleet reporting dashboards using SQL, Splunk and Power BI.
- Support telecommunication providers to resolve RAN and IoT issues.

**Who we are looking for**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in the metering industry with an aptitude for technical and analytical problem solving.

You also ideally have:

- Advanced excel skills
- Data administration experience
- Experience with PowerShell or similar coding languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
