**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

As an Insights Specialist, you’ll be tasked with creating data visualization solutions to enhance business insights and monitoring within the Actuarial and Pricing teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations, primarily using Tableau.

You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers and other team members to design, develop, test, and maintain complex Tableau reports, ensuring they are scalable, manageable, and reusable.

Additionally, you’ll provide technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation, and work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Consistency and adherence to development and style guides will be crucial in your role.

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role and you can be based in either Auckland or Wellington.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have the following:

- Proficiency in data visualisation, analysis, and dashboard development in Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling and working with large amounts of relational data
- Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with other analytics tools, e.g. R, Python
- Experience working within a team to deliver analytics solutions and insights
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, or other Quantitative Discipline)
