As a Solutions Specialist for Productivity and Collaboration services in our Modern Workplace team in Wellington, you will provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. You will show deep expertise in a range of SharePoint and Teams collaboration technology and business trends, covering the full stack of technology and process including information management.

**The Responsibilities**

You will be confident in your craft, in your brainpower and your SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps and workflow knowledge. Driven in the way you provide opinions advising on security, finding solutions to security challenges and providing feedback relating to bettering security processes.
- Deliver presales presentations and demonstrations
- Proactively engage with Microsoft and customers to drive collaboration sales
- Respond to tenders and proposals
- Work with clients to analyze and define and document business requirements and/or project scope
- Facilitate analysis and architecture design workshops to handover to delivery teams to implement
- Building strong relationships with customers and fielding any escalations from your team
- Provide oversight and lend expertise and advice regarding governance and policy
- New solution design with a view to delivering added value to strategic projects
- Provide client support and relationship management as required
- Advocate collaboration and knowledge sharing plus fostering innovation and change
- Providing training and technical guidance on collaboration solutions

**Your Experience**
- 15+ years of total experience with extensive demonstrated consulting and architecting experience, preferably in Microsoft solutions
- Strong consulting capabilities, stakeholder management and customer focused approach
- Experience in the presales process, including gathering user requirements, solution design, customer presentations and workshops
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, Viva and other information management solutions
- Microsoft and Nintex certifications highly desirable
- Broad experience across information management, intranet designs, workflow solutions and collaboration
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Passion and enthusiasm towards all things collaboration - not only is it your day job but it’s your hobby
- Must be NZ Citizen or Perm Resident for 5+years in order to obtain and maintain CONFIDENTIAL Security Clearance
