Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Senior Advisor Channels, will create and curate engaging and relevant digital content across our internal and external platforms and channels.
You will play a key role in improving Oranga Tamariki's digital brand and continuously look for new ways to improve our communication channels, through analysis of engagement to support Oranga Tamariki and it's key objectives and mission.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- Experience creating digital content to support information and messaging
- Ability to use and perform admin tasks on various content management systems (CMS) such as Silverstripe and SharePoint Online proficiently
- Sound understanding of best practice UX approaches to design content so end users find what they need
- Ability to use digital metrics to improve engagement and enhance content
- Ability to review and report through analytics
- Fully conversant with quality standards for content design, plain language and NZ Government web standards for usability and accessibility
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
