Product Owner

Cin7 is expanding very quickly with a mission to become the leading Inventory Management Software brand in the world, and we are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to ensure that we deliver high quality, differentiated, software in a fast and predictable way. You will engage with the customers, product managers, user experience designers, scrum teams and multiple stakeholders to execute on product strategies. You will lead the processes that we use to deliver product enhancements to our customers, with a clear focus on the Product Owner responsibilities. You will also be responsible for creating plans for delivering on product strategies, prioritising development work, and actively adapting to any changes in priorities or market needs.

**What you'll do**:

- Be the voice of the customer to the engineering teams at all stages of the process
- Collaborate with product managers and user experience designers
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Be responsible for sharing information with the scrum teams and feeding their input back into the discovery process
- Work with the UX team to prototype features, and help drive customer testing efforts
- Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, with internal teams, partners, and executive leadership
- Lead go-to-market activities, working closely with marketing to ensure new products and features are released to market with high customer uptake

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven experience as a product Owner within a SaaS company
- Background in Agile product development
- Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes
- Ability to quickly come up to speed with a complex industry and wide feature set
- Ability to think critically, analytically and practically
- Experience working in a fast paced, global software company would be beneficial
- Experience with telemetry tools such as NewRelic (bonus)
