Full Job Description

**What you'll be doing**:
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will play an integral role in streamlining existing platforms while identifying new and emerging products to enhance and position how the whole organisation operates in the future.

We are looking for a solutions-focused and savvy Product Owner/BA to join our innovative and collaborative team. You will have experience working on business and SaaS/off-the-shelf technology projects or programmes with a strong understanding of change management practice. All their products have a positive impact on the daily lives of millions of people around the globe.

**What you'll need**:

- Proven product owner experience with a strong track record of delivering on time, to budget and agreed quality
- Gather and understand user requirements from diverse groups and keep abreast of continually changing user habits
- Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis, problem resolution, project/change management and task prioritisation, and vendor and contract management processes.
- Experience sourcing and working with SaaS and configurable off-the-shelf products globally.
- Ability to work with external customers & vendors.
- Attention to detail and follow-through on delivery against commitments combined with the ability to work under pressure
