We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Ōtāhuhu bakery as a part of our site leadership team as a **Maintenance Manager**. We are looking for an experienced individual who will lead the Ōtāhuhu site's maintenance function to provide best practice asset reliability systems management.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead O&HS issue identification and resolution
- Improve reliability and operational performance
- Facilitate maintenance planning processes and generation of work schedules to assist maintenance teams proactively improve plan reliability and performance
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions in repairs and maintenance
- Provide engineering support to deliver continuous improvement projects and development initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong team environment with high performance culture

**About You**:

- Must have an engineering degree
- 5+ years maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills
- Food manufacturing experience is a bonus
- Proven experience with successfully managing people
- High ethics and work standards
