Commercial Vehicle Electrical Technician

Van & Truck Repairs (VTR) is an established South Auckland workshop specialising in commercial vehicle service and repairs for trucks, buses, and vans. We're expanding our team to meet growing demand from our loyal client base across the Auckland Region.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems across diverse commercial vehicle brands (Japanese, European, and American)
• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on vans, trucks, and buses
• Deliver workmanship that consistently exceeds customer expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our service delivery and operations

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, vans)
• Qualified Auto Electrical Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and electronic faults
• Proven ability to repair or replace faulty systems efficiently
• Valid NZ driver's license
• NZ Residency or valid work visa

• Remuneration: $30-$35 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skills)
• Hours: 45-hour week, including alternate Saturdays
