Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role
This is a new role in our Implementation team which will lead the day to day management of the team and drive the their delivery of pharmaceutical implementation projects and activities. These relate to Pharmac's role in promoting the responsible, optimal and equitable use of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
This is an opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills by leading, developing and empowering implementation team members.
This position will also lead our relationship with some of our key stakeholders

- People leadership experience
- Proven project management and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time
- Excellent knowledge of biculturalism, Te Aō Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- A strong understanding of the Aotearoa New Zealand health system and Pharmac's role.
- Proven relationship management skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with external and internal stakeholders
