Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The role is responsible for managing the core administration for the Implementation team and its programmes of work, specific to assigned health workforce projects. The role is responsible for organising meetings, minuting meetings, distributing documentation, and providing other administrative support to the Implementation team. This diverse role offers significant opportunity for growth through the involvement within service delivery and design as the Team Coordinator will work with Project Managers, and other Workforce staff to contribute to the development and implementation of projects/initiatives.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification in Public Sector Management or equivalent Proven capability in administration and / or a willingness to grow skills in administration of government projects
- Ability to provide strong administrative and coordination support to multiple teams across complex programmes of work
- Strong communication skills including solid writing skills to present advice simply and coherently
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels within the public and private sectors, related industry and community interest groups and the wider national, regional and local communities

This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
