**THE ROLE**

The purpose of these positions is to build and maintain customer relationships, provide exceptional service and ensure that customers receive the testing services they need, when they need them and support business growth by identifying and securing new customers.

These positions may present the opportunity for someone with the technical ability and experience to obtain Key Technical Person (Report Signatory) status, recognised through our IANZ accreditation.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Front line management of customer requests from the website, phone, customer portal and in person
- Manage the end-to-end testing process for the customer
- Identify client needs and employ problem solving techniques to provide the right technical support
- Be an active member of the Client Services Team responsible for engaging new and existing clients in addition to driving strategies and tactics for growth in our business
- Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of the Client Services Team and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the success of Hill Laboratories by helping to improve processes, both internally and at the client interface
- Provide quotes regarding analysis requirements to clients, as required
- Signing of reports for our customers to ensure accurate and timely results are delivered
- Understand the changes and challenges our clients face in their businesses and recommend service improvements that support them

- Awareness and knowledge of the testing services we offer
- A high degree of integrity and commitment
- Willingness to learn and develop technical abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to travel when required and create networking opportunities at industry conferences and events

**EXPERIENCE**
- Have at least two years’ experience within technical service or other customer facing role
- BSc. or equivalent qualification preferable
- Commercial laboratory experience would be advantageous
