**Administration Support**
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Raising purchase orders, invoices and work orders as requested
- Collecting information for timesheets, inputting, and collating reports
- Assisting in the production of monthly reporting
- Other general office administration as required
**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar or a client-facing customer service role
- Proven financial acumen with experience in raising POs, invoices and claims
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building and maintaining relationships at all levels
- High level of proficiency in MS Suite
