Te Whiwhinga Mahi | Our opportunity
As a Coordinator - Placement and Rehousing, you'll play a key role in supporting our Advisors and ensuring our placement workstreams run smoothly, professionally, and with compassion.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that requires high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You'll be responsible for coordinating rehousing logistics and processes-from matching customers to homes, to handling system updates, customer communication, and supporting placement strategies with trusted data and insights.
You'll be working across teams and agencies to help ensure that the journey into a new home is as seamless and supportive as possible.

- Strong administrative experience in large organisations
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Proven ability to support high-performing teams in complex environments
- Business and organisational insight
- Clear, concise written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, especially around M ori and Pasifika communities
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies and systems
- Ethical judgment, discretion, and professional boundary management
