An opportunity is now available for a talented Technical Adviser to join our team. This role provides accurate information regarding Daikins range of air-conditioning units to assist Daikin customers to resolve any technical problems that may arise.
**_ This is a varied role that will see you:_**
- Providing technical support to end-users, dealers and internal staff
- Developing relationships with clients to ensure requirements are met and enhancing client confidence that information supplied to them is accurate
- Referring any escalated matters to the Service Supervisor or the Commercial Manager when required
- Utilising the product data / service manuals to provide true and accurate information
- Communicating effectively with all parties
- Entering calls into the database with an outline of the problem/issue and the recommended course of action for the client
- Utilising the database to identify the next call to be made and updating the database system as required
**_ Essential to this role is your experience and qualification in an air conditioning or refrigeration trade as well as:_**
- The ability to understand and communicate data from technical service manuals
- Good computer literacy
- The ability to work without close supervision and recognise when matters are to be referred to a higher authority
- Excellent problem-solving skills and plenty of patience
- An innate ability to relate to people and provide exceptional customer service
- Great communication skills as the majority of the queries are via the phone
