**Business Services Assistant - Part Time**

**The role**:
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Head of Business Services, Head of Delivery & Sourcing, Head of Architecture as a Service & Consulting and the Head of Strategic Growth & Commercial.
In this capacity you will ensure the business operations and sales administration are running smoothly and efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as organising a range of projects from simple activities to more complex projects, including sales support, HR, business operations and office management administration as well as coordination tasks (i.e. onboarding new employees, organising events and board meetings).
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role.
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
