Role Overview:

As a Production Assistant, you'll work closely with the Senior Production manager and wider Production team to support with administration, and reporting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the production team across administration, reporting and data management
  • Build strong supplier relationships and assist in day-to-day production communication across the team
  • Help maintain critical path timelines, order trackers and fabric spreadsheets
  • Assist in fabric sourcing, label ordering and RFID admin
  • Help coordinate supplier discounts and invoice follow-up with accounts
  • Manage filing and order amendments
  • Assist with onboarding support
  • Domestic and international travel may be required from time to time

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in a production-related role
  • Experience working with offshore suppliers is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills are helpful
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
