**Permanent Part-time| 16 hours per week | Based at Ascot Office Park in Greenlane**

We're looking for **an experienced Contract Approval and Billing Administrator** to join our friendly, supportive and close-knit Billings team. As a **Contract Approval and Billing Administrator,** you'll provide first rate contract and billing administration service in accordance with the vision and objectives of MercyAscot. Also, to effectively prioritise tasks to meet team KPI's and funders Service Level Agreement.

**The role**:

- Accurate invoicing e.g. identifying discrepancies
- Building first-rate rapport with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Drs secretaries
- Managing claim processes from companies such as ACC and Southern Cross
- Ensuring processes actioned are in line with relevant policies and procedures
- Answering invoicing queries and providing conflict resolutions

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a contract and billing administrative role, preferably within healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Superb organisation and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
