**Mo te tunga | About the role**

We're seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join the Pae Ora Directorate, supporting the Chief Psychologist and Psychology & Programmes Management team. This role is a fixed-term for 12-month secondment concluding October 2026.

The role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, providing second-line assurance, and delivering insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. You'll lead reporting, audit processes, and contribute to business improvements that enhance the delivery of psychological services and rehabilitation programmes

You're confident working with data, developing reports, and supporting operational teams with insights that drive better outcomes. - Proven experience in systems analysis, reporting, and data integrity assurance
- Strong understanding of psychology practice and rehabilitation programme systems
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of operational understanding within Corrections
- Familiarity with Maori Data Sovereignty
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and performance dashboard development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in project management and business case development
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience

**Nga painga | The benefits**

The full range is $74,063 - $104,559 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
