Commercially focused Business Partnering role based in South Auckland

**Your new company**
As one of the largest Aviation businesses in Australasia, they are market leaders in providing a highly specialised service for aircraft sales, maintenance/refurbishments and bespoke tourism. An ambitious organisation seeking growth internationally has provided the opportunity for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant / Business Partner to embark on this exciting journey with them.

**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Develop business plans, KPI and Financial Targets for business units
- Develop forecasting and budget timetables
- Implementation of robust and accurate processes to report on operative performances
- Conduct quality analysis to provide decision making support
- Discovering and identifying problems and solutions
- Identification of ideas and confidence in broader strategic alignments
- Capability to grow successful working relations across all business units to enhance performance
- Ascertain and implement efficient strategies to streamline existing financial processes and workflow

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally CA/CPA Qualified but not essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably experience with Power BI
- Track record of driving process and structure
