This is a high-impact FP&A role within a global centre of excellence. Sitting in Auckland and working closely with senior leaders across operations, commercial & finance, you'll shape the way financial and operational insights are presented, understood, and actioned across the business.

You will drive transparency, enhance reporting structures, and partner deeply with global teams to understand performance drivers and promote cost optimisation across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Support global financial planning and performance reporting, collaborating closely with offshore finance teams.
  • Analyse and interpret weekly/monthly KPIs, distilling complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify data gaps and improve reporting consistency, quality, and standardisation across functions.
  • Translate commercial and financial data into actionable narratives for business teams.
  • Partner with leaders globally to enhance reporting tools and embed insight-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to forecasting, planning cycles, and scenario modelling.
  • Support alignment of systems and data sources to create a unified financial performance view.

About You

  • 6+ years' experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with strong planning and reporting capability.
  • Deep understanding of P&L structures, cost drivers, and profitability levers within complex global businesses.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex data and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience streamlining and scaling reporting processes and building robust reporting frameworks.
  • Highly hands-on with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
