The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team’s primary focus is to partner with the business to provide financial guidance and enable the business to align their investment to the business strategies set by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board.

The Finance Business Partner is a key member of the FP&A team delivering insights across the Support Functions (IT, Finance, Facilities, Talent & Culture, Marketing, Technology and Research and the Hubs) and influencing decision making of the leadership teams across these functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnership & Influence_
- Develop and maintain quality relationships within the studio
- Be a trusted advisor for the Leadership Teams across the Support functions
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis of business activities to drive commercial outcomes
- Plan & Monitor Performance_
- Provide monthly reporting to budget owners outlining insights into performance and highlighting issues or trends for discussion
- Support the wider company budget and forecast processes through leading the delivery of these processes across support functions
- Assist with the delivery of group and board reporting and papers as required
- Provide investment analysis and business case support_
- Support ITPMO and T&R project costing and benefits analysis.
- Provide insight, analysis and decision support to both support functions and company-wide projects and investment decisions

**Profile and Experience**
- Experience_
- CA or equivalent qualification
- 7+ years professional services or industry related experience
- Advanced user of excel and experience in building and reviewing financial models
- Personality and style_

Someone with an innovative mindset, who enjoys problem solving, finding new ways of doing things and developing new skills Comfortable operating in an often ambiguous environment Demonstrated leadership qualities
