**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

We are thrilled to offer a fantastic role as FP & A Senior Manager, reporting to our General Manager of Commercial Finance & Planning. In this role, you will lead TVNZ's business-wide financial planning and performance processes and responsibilities. Your focus will be
- Lead the provision of management reporting that ensures TVNZ's business performance (including risks and opportunities) is clearly understood by senior leaders and drives good decision-making.
- Lead the development and execution of budgets and forecasts that are aligned to TVNZ's purpose, strategies, and values.
- Partner with key stakeholders including the CFO, Executive team and Finance Business Partners to achieve outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for
- Wealth of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Confident to influence and mobilise cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
