- Preparing all of our Used Vehicle stock for sale, this will include organising any reconditioning and repairs, liaising with external contractors and internal departments, e.g., workshop bookings, groomers, panel and paint shops and getting these vehicles stocked in, through the system and onto the yard efficiently. The accurate preparation of purchase orders will be required here - we’ll show you how to do all this though- All our web listing and online advertising, including the writing of clear, accurate and interesting advertisements, along with taking and uploading great photographs of each vehicle. Some knowledge of vehicle features and specs would be an advantage here- Selling some of our stock via TradeMe auctions - managing this- Alternate Saturday work (9am-4pm) on site where you will be supporting our customers and team selling used vehicles- Customer interaction and support- Being a flexible, on-to-it and supportive member of our Used Vehicle Department.What will I need?
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with the team and our customers- Superior organisation - you’ll be juggling a few hubcaps at once so keeping cool, calm and collected is also a must- Confidence in using IT including online platforms and picking up new systems easily- A great eye for detail and accuracy- A true team player attitude. We need another great person to fill this role, and the successful applicant will be someone who is genuinely willing to help out and become an important member of the team.
