We are looking for an extra customer-centric, self-motivated, positive person to join our Used Vehicle Team. If this sounds like you and you are passionate about people, product, details and presentation then this fantastic opportunity could be for you. As the successful applicant you will need the following skills and attributes:
First impressions are very important so you will need to be well presented and love talking to people and building relationships

Be self-motivated and have a high level of commitment

A team player and have loads of energy and enthusiasm

Excellent written, verbal and computer skills

An interest in, passion for or knowledge of motor vehicles would be an advantage

Hold a full, clean driver’s licence

Have a passion for sales and meeting people.

A hunger to learn and develop.

Great attention to detail.

Ability to self-motivate, be target orientated, mentally strong and thrive on interaction.

Ability to learn about and understand our products and their advantages

Some experience in this industry and/or customer service/guest experience would be advantageous, however fantastic training and induction is part of the package.

Lastly and most importantly - have the real desire to achieve high standards of customer service all the time.

You will be selling our high end Used Vehicles and accessories, building relationships with your team and our customers, prospecting for new customers, answering internet inquiries and be a key person in the day to day running of our Used Vehicle Department and dealership. Rostered weekend work, (Saturdays from 9am-4pm) is a requirement of this position. Superb training on all of this is part of the package
