**The role**
You will be responsible for managing the company product portfolio and planning commercial plans that focus on meeting our strategic objectives with the purpose of increasing market share, revenue, and profitable growth. You will be pro-actively looking to find ways to enhance our product range and bring new products through innovation and leadership, while focusing on addressing customer needs.
You will have a strong ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, that you interact with throughout the product life cycle by providing support, and expert advice. By developing an understanding of our customers and analysing the market you will be able to use the information to Identify opportunities that you can build and drive strategic plans/ projects to maximum revenue and growth.
You will have a strong commercial insight, including the ability to analyse deals and commercial contracts and prepare and execute negotiation with a successful financial outcome.
With great attention to detail, you’re an achievement driven, self-starter, that can hold your composer during difficult situations. Your high energy and passion about the impact we have by improving the overall quality of New Zealand homes will help bring these ideas to fruition.
**To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with**:

- Exposure to a sales environment, with proven track record of success, growing market share, service ideation and innovation in the HVAC industry.
- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, at a commercial level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to problem solve and identify concerns before they arise
- Commercial and Finance acumen with experience optimising revenue
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel and numerical skills
- High level of analytical skills
- Positive attitude, and high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management, with the ability to multi-task, and take initiative
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Able to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and purpose
- Experience in writing reports
- Strong computer skills (experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- Commitment to health and safety
