Are you a commercially savvy, organised, and driven product professional ready to shape the future of benchtop surfaces in New Zealand? Laminex NZ is on the lookout for a Product Manager – Benchtops to lead and grow a strategically important portfolio within our decorative surfaces business.

About the Role

As Product Manager – Benchtops, you'll take ownership of a diverse and internationally sourced product portfolio. You'll be the key link between our global suppliers and our local market, ensuring seamless product delivery and innovation.

This role is all about executional excellence. You'll manage supplier relationships, coordinate with technical and supply chain teams, forecast demand, and drive range refresh projects. You'll also work closely with our National Marketing Manager and a collaborative marketing team to bring new ideas to life.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You'll bring:

  • 2–3 years' experience in product management or a related role
  • Exceptional time management, organisation, and project execution skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to juggle BAU and strategic projects
  • A background in building materials, FMCG or similar industries is advantageous
