We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business operations and sales leader to head up the national sales, operations and leadership of this market leading organisation and help drive continued growth in the sector.
You will be responsible for the leadership, development and management of all the company’s sales, branch network, operations and employees. You will have 10 direct reports across a national network of ten company owned branches and also an additional franchise operation that also falls under this group. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and someone who is going to be able to drive growth across the company. The key accountabilities for this role include:
- Lead and manage the customer service strategy for the company
- Lead and manage business operations to support achievement of agreed strategies
- Manage the operational performance, ensuring achievement of expected OPEX and bottom-line outputs for each of the companies branches.
- Financial Management of budgets and profit and loss
- Coach develop and manage teams
- Work in partnership with the parent company’s other entities to lead performance in sales and customer service.
The parent company itself is an ASX listed company that specialises in B2B wholesale product sales across a wide variety of verticals in the automotive industry. This role forms part of the company’s larger leadership group and is a business-critical role. Additionally the company has a fantastic work place culture.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced person and someone who is going to show initiative and be able to run with their own ideas and add real commercial value.
This role represents a real career opportunity and could lead to other opportunities within this growing organisation. The role will also include a company vehicle.
