The Company Our client, Arrow Uniforms specialise in the design, manufacture, and distribution of professional apparel across all major sectors including Healthcare, Corporate, Hospitality, and Trade.With over 30 years in the business, Arrow Uniforms offer the full uniform solution including full inhouse garment and branding design, industry leading garments using new generation têxtiles, innovative garment technology, sustainable garment solutions and first-class systems for uniform management. We also work with renowned international apparel suppliers to provide New Zealand's most comprehensive uniform range. This is your opportunity to join our Sales and Marketing team at Arrow's head office in Lower Hutt, and soon the new, world class Head Office and Distribution facility which is currently under construction.
The Role This is a great opportunity to join an established market leader that specialises in business-to-business sales of high-quality uniform and work wear solutions. This position requires a proactive Account Manager who excels in managing and growing customer bases, and creating long-term partnerships, with superior customer service skills. Some of your primary responsibilities will involve working alongside the wider team to manage and grow existing accounts, responding to client requests and queries, forecasting client stock usage and ordering patterns, producing quotations and proposals for clients and arrange new uniform rollouts and uniform refresh for clients. What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role and understand working towards KPI's
- The ability to develop existing relationships, as well as utilise your strong relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organisational skills
- Experience in a sales environment
- Be a team player
- Be a problem solver
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook.
- Having industry experience is helpful but not necessary
