We have an exciting opportunity to join our Albany based Support Centre team, on a **3-year fixed-term contract** as **Deployment Lead - People Readiness** to lead and support our stores in pre-readiness for all people and change activity relating to the deployment of our new operating model, including SAP to the Mitre 10 store network.

As part of the Transformation Office but working seamlessly with the People Team, you will be partnering with business owners and leaders in our stores as a trusted partner and adviser, supporting them to understand and translate the people changes to drive adoption of the Operating Model opportunities.

**Reporting to the GM - Transformation your responsibilities will include; -**
- Ensure that a people readiness plan is integrated with the deployment approach and plan, status updates are communicated on time, and the overall readiness plan is driven to successfully deliver the programme to stores.
- Provide advice and business partnership with Members and Store Leadership teams to ensure Members understand and execute the people readiness plan.
- Partner closely with the Learning, Change, Internal Communications and People Services teams to ensure the right support and expertise is available to stores.
- Maintain a strong focus on the overall efficiency outcomes to be found and drive adoption of full Operating Model processes in collaboration with the Transformation Office and People Services team.
- Remove perceived barriers and ensure the deployment programme remains on track.

**Who are you**:
You will be well versed in stakeholder management, have strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of retail.

This role also has a requirement to travel.
