We have an exciting opportunity to join our transformation office on a **1-year parental leave contract** as a **Change Deployment Partner** at our Albany based Support Centre. If you lead with transparent, engaging and effective practices and keep the end user at the heart of your decision making we would love to hear from you.

This role is crucial for our transformation programme and will primarily focus on our Stores transformation journey, including the readiness and activation (deployment) where you will see yourself partnering with leaders across stores to enable and activate the change leadership required.

**Reporting to the Head of Change Design your responsibilities will include; -**
- Contribute to Change Design strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
- Prepare change communications which are engaging and cover the change design journey.
- Track, visualise and report on business readiness, and raise Change Design risks and issues as needed.
- Craft high quality, fit for purpose, documentation and collateral required to deliver and embed change.
- Contribute and support the Mitre 10 Change Design practice and build change capability throughout the business.
- Design and facilitate Change Design workshops, change agent network groups and learning sessions.
