**About the Role**:
As a Software Engineer, you will design and implement software for our advanced massage chairs, ensuring seamless functionality and personalized user experiences. Collaborate with electronic engineers to integrate cutting-edge algorithms, maintain code quality, and innovate continuously, delivering world-class relaxation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research,**Analysis,**and**System**Evaluation**:

- Conduct research to understand user needs and system requirements for massage chair software.
- Evaluate existing systems to identify limitations, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Consult with stakeholders to gather input on system processes, procedures, and methods.

**Software**Development**and**Optimization**:

- Write, maintain, and optimize code to meet design specifications, quality standards, and technical security controls.
- Develop and execute testing protocols to debug, diagnose, and correct errors within established guidelines, ensuring software performs to specification.
- Implement encryption/decryption protocols to enhance data security and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.

**Documentation**and**Technical**Guidance**:

- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including program code, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Provide expert advice on software design strategies, financial evaluations, and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.

**Deployment**and**Performance**Monitoring**:

- Manage automated software deployment processes to ensure efficient updates and continuous delivery.
- Collect and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.

**Security**and**Risk**Management**:

- Perform forensic analysis to identify anomalies or threats, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
- Identify and address risks that may affect performance, security, and functionality across the entire product lifecycle.

**Continuous**Improvement**and**Tool**Development**:

- Develop tools to support software management, security, and optimization, enhancing overall system performance.

Implement strategies for continuous improvement in both system design and software development processes, ensuring cutting-edge innovation.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following:
Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
If you do not have a formal qualification, you must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development.

Other required skills:

- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in embedded systems, e-commerce platforms, or automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with cloud computing, database management, and API development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
