You'll partner with a Delivery Lead to shift testing left, standardise practices and build a high-trust, data-led quality culture. You'll lead end-to-end quality across multiple workstreams, embedding automated testing and observability within CI/CD so defects surface early and teams move faster with confidence. You'll standardise testing through CI/CD, automation and observability, ensuring tooling, reporting and quality gates are fit for purpose. You'll coordinate upskilling across the team, lifting test capability and consistency, while implementing quality and security controls throughout the lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll manage cross-team dependencies, proactively remove blockers and provide clear, data-led visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • Proven leadership of software testing and quality for complex products
  • A track record of shifting quality left within product engineering teams
  • Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD and building/maintaining automation frameworks
