Supply Chain Officer

**The Role**

We are on the lookout for two Supply Chain Officer to join our growing Supply Chain team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the daily operational requirements for the inwards and outwards goods within the warehouse. You will ensure containers, and all products are staged and available for loading out to meet shipping schedule requirements. You will also provide support to ensure the daily operational requirements for the inwards goods within the warehouse both nationally and internationally are met.

This Role has rotating three-week roster.

- Week 1 - Monday to Friday: 0600-1400
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday: 0700-1500Week 3 - Monday to Friday: 1500-2300

**The main responsibilities of this role include..**

- Responsible for the planning and coordination of all inwards goods deliveries
- Ensure incoming goods are monitored; ensuring documentation is checked, receipted, and entered as appropriate
- Liaise with Procurement ensuring any delivery discrepancies
- Be responsible for the completion of pre-loading and post-loading documentation.If you are organised, analytical and practical thinker with proven relationship building skills, then we want to hear from you

**Skils and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require

- Previous logistics, operations/warehousing experience preferred as well as knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
- An understanding of warehousing practices
- Be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills

Previous experience in a warehousing environment is highly regarded however training can be provided. Key to your success will be your proactive response to a fast-paced operations environment and accurate reporting.
